In 1912 the architectural firm of Spencer & Powers designed a sumptuous Tudor & Prairie Style mansion on a lakefront site for Nathan Wilbur Williams, a local real estate investor & businessman. Since that time it has been lovely preserved by a variety of occupants. Currently, it is owned & utilized by the Government of Japan for Consular functions, entertaining and the Consular residence. Our firm has been honored to serve the Japanese Government as Architect & Project Manager for a variety of renovation and restoration projects at this landmark property.
